Working with us
How does a project start?
With a conversation about what you need the site to do. Send what you can through the enquiry form — goals, timing and a budget range — and we’ll come back with questions and next steps.
How long does a website take?
It depends on scope and on how soon content is ready. A focused business website usually takes a few weeks; larger builds with custom features take longer. You’ll have a timeline before work begins.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. Our process runs online — briefs, reviews and approvals — so we can work with businesses wherever they are based.
Can we update the website ourselves?
Yes. We build sites with an admin panel so you can edit pages, add projects and publish articles without touching code.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No one can honestly guarantee rankings. We build sites search engines can crawl and understand, and we report clearly on what we change and why.
What do you need from us?
A decision-maker we can work with, your brand assets, and the knowledge only you have: what you sell, who it’s for and what makes you different. We help shape the rest.
Pricing and payment
How do you price projects?
Packages in the shop have fixed prices. Bespoke projects are priced after a short discovery, once we understand the scope; you get a written proposal with the price and what it includes before any work starts.
Do you ask for a deposit?
For bespoke projects we usually invoice in milestones, starting with a deposit that secures your start date. Some larger shop packages are booked with a deposit too, and the product page says so.
What isn’t included in a quote?
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, stock photography and paid apps are listed separately, so you can see exactly what goes to whom.
Can the scope change during a project?
Yes. If you’d like to add or change something, we explain the effect on time and cost and agree it in writing before we do the work.
The shop
What happens after I order?
You’ll get an email confirming your order. We then contact you to agree a start date and ask for anything we need, such as content or access to your accounts.
Can I pay by bank transfer or UPI?
Yes. Choose “Request an invoice” at checkout and we’ll email an invoice with payment details. Nothing is charged until you pay it.
Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
Yes. Add your company details at checkout, including your GSTIN if you have one, and we’ll put them on the invoice.
What if I need something a package doesn’t cover?
Tell us in the notes at checkout, or get in touch first. We can adjust a package or quote for the extra work before you commit.
How do refunds work?
You can cancel for a full refund before work starts. After that, we refund the value of the work not yet done. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.
Technical questions
Which platforms do you build on?
It depends on what the site needs to do. Business websites are often custom-built or use WordPress; stores use Shopify, WooCommerce or a custom build. We explain the trade-offs before recommending one.
Do you provide hosting?
We can recommend hosting and set it up in your name, or deploy to hosting you already have, provided it meets the site’s requirements.
Will the website work on phones?
Yes. Every layout is designed and tested for phones, tablets and desktops, and we measure speed on mobile connections.
Will the site be accessible?
We design and build to WCAG 2.2 AA practices: keyboard access, sufficient contrast, labelled forms and support for reduced motion.
After launch
What does a care plan cover?
Updates, backups, monitoring, security checks, a monthly allowance of small changes and a short report. Each plan in the shop lists exactly what’s included.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Yes, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
What if something breaks?
Tell us straight away. If an update we applied caused the problem, fixing it is part of the plan. Anything larger is quoted before we start.
Still have
a question?
Tell us what you’re planning. We’ll come back with questions, a rough timeline and the next steps.
