Service delivery policy

Everything we sell is a digital service delivered online. Nothing is shipped physically. Last updated 23 October 2026.

After you order

We confirm your order by email, then contact you to agree a start date and ask for anything we need, such as content, logins or access to your accounts.

Delivery times

Each package lists a typical timing. It runs from the start date we agree and depends on receiving the content and access we need. If the timing changes, we’ll tell you as early as we can.

How work is delivered

Reports and files are delivered by email or a shared link. Websites and pages are shared on a private preview link for review, then published to your hosting. Calls take place online.

Monthly plans

Care plans start once your first payment is received and continue month to month until you cancel.
